Who: Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, a constituent college of Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University), through the DeMedCon+ organising committee.
What and why: your name, contact details, college, course, year, roll number and college ID card, and the sessions you choose — used only to register you for DeMedCon+ 2027 and run it: your pass and receipt, check-in at the door, certificates, team entries and messages about the event. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store card details.
Who sees it: the organising committee and the payment provider. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
How long: 12 months after the conference, then deleted. Retention period to be confirmed by the committee
Your rights: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can withdraw consent, or ask us to correct or erase your details, by emailing demedcon@sdumc.ac.in. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
